Uncovering Unconscious Blocks
Often, when our best efforts to change fall short, it’s not about willpower or commitment—it’s about unconscious blocks. These blocks stem from early experiences, particularly in the first seven years of our lives, where we absorbed the emotional and energetic environment around us. These early experiences shape the unconscious patterns that guide our actions, often without us even realizing it.
As adults, we strive for balance between our emotional (alpha brain) and rational (beta brain) selves. When this balance is disrupted with too much rational thinking, it can lead to stress, anxiety, and a feeling that something is missing in our lives.
Why This Matters
Unconscious blocks manifest as core wounds, limiting beliefs, and outdated self-images that hold us back in both our personal and professional lives. By carrying these old self-images from the past, we unconsciously tend to act them out again and again. Some examples of limiting beliefs are: “Life is hard”, “I am unworthy of love”, “I need to earn my worth”. These are deeply ingrained patterns that, when left unaddressed, can cause emotional and even physical distress.

My Journey
