THE CLARITY FORMULA
Use this powerful, simple tool for insight to solve a problem or to peel back layers of something persistent or bigger.
Once the vulnerable emotion is revealed, then you can develop wants and needs. This can be used to make lasting change by reinforcing a positive emotion. It is also used to heal and address something that isn’t working. The Clarity Formula offers one of the first opportunities to self-coach.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
You may think you are alone in your career challenges when thinking about the parts you don’t do well or are unable to break a pattern or behavior that keeps repeating. You may believe the answer is in a life hack or other solution; if I just read or learned more, then I’ll be good enough. Perhaps willpower is your ‘go-to' tool to get stuff done only to be left exhausted from the effort.
Others feel boxed in by anxiety, fear, or depression that takes them ‘out’ — unable to connect in the relationships that matter most, the family. Most of us struggle with these things believing we must endure them, and that they are a part of the responsibility. Executive coaching takes the bulk of this off your shoulders.
I’M WITH YOU
I have faced many of the same challenges and suffered with them for a long time thinking they were mine alone only to find out everybody feels this way. I struggled with self-confidence, procrastination, and anger which strained my relationships and slowed my personal growth. I had trouble asking the world for what I wanted and tried to fix my issues intellectually. In my coaching practice, I can relate to and help you shorten your executive development by cutting to the root of the matter with proven processes and tools. You're not alone.
EXECUTIVE COACHING SEGMENTS
CLIENT STORIES OF WHAT'S POSSIBLE
BRIAN
Brian was struggling in his new role as a senior executive managing personalities and priorities that led to procrastination and strained relationships. He used the Legacy Method to provide a boost to his self-confidence and effectiveness. Now when his buttons are pushed, he uses it to know himself better, rather than letting it get under his skin or undermine a relationship. Working together we developed the empathy he naturally possessed into an asset used to let his team shine in group meetings. Coaching sessions often start with a business problem and end with a solution paired with feelings of ease and peace.
TODD
Todd reasserted his leadership as a business owner by updating old beliefs about success and self-worth. On his One-Day he turned a corner and went from playing small to playing big when we uncovered what was lost along the way, then kept the parts that worked and discarded the ones that no longer served him. Todd set himself free and excelled with a record year and hired a team that better matched the man he is today. Work is much more fun, and he cited his One-Day as a turning point.
NOAH
Using the Emotional Fluency model, Noah relaunched his career in the competitive music business by bravely facing feelings of inadequacy and fear, and then using them to better understand himself. He took the weekly coaching sessions to the outside world with stretches. Stretches are small but significant actions that test growth and yield immediate proof points along the way. He applied his insights to advance his career and improve his personal relationships.
